Since 2019, DCFNE has partnered with DC Health to provide Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Training to Registered Nurses (RNs) and Advanced Practice RNs in the DC area, at no cost to the participant.

Our goal is to minimize the barriers to becoming SANE-trained, to increase Washington, DC’s capacity to provide trauma-informed care to survivors of assault. If you’re interested in participating, click the link to apply!
